Manager Wells Capital Management
Francis is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and head of
the International Small Cap Equity Team. He has managed the
International Small Cap Equity team for Wells Capital Management
(formerly Evergreen Investments) since 1994.
Francis has been working in the investment management field
since 1986. Prior to his current role at Wells Capital Management,
he served as an Investment Officer with the Inter-American
Investment Corporation, where he was responsible for making private
equity and debt investments. He also served as a Senior Consultant
for PriceWaterhouseCooper's International Consulting practice in
the United States and United Kingdom.
Francis has an MS in Economics from the London School of
Economics, an MBA from Harvard and a CFA designation. He is member
of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
