Bill Tynkaluk has been with Leon Frazer and Associates Inc.
since 1956, and has been President and Director of the Firm since
1970.
Bill currently acts the co-manager of the IA Clarington Canadian
Conservative Equity Fund. He also provides investment research to a
number of investment dealers. In this latter capacity, he provides
fundamental research on securities, the economy, and technical
interpretation of the markets through a weekly publication
distributed to select clients and independent investment
dealers.
He is a member of the Toronto CFA Society and holds the
designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. He is also a member of
the Financial Analysts International Organization.
