Doug Kee has been in the investment management business for over
30 years, working at 2 trust companies, E. J. McConnell &
Associates; a privately owned investment counsel firm that was
bought out by Barclays Bank and RBC Asset Management.
Doug has done investment research concentrating on financials,
industrials, pipelines and utilities. He has managed high net worth
private clients, endowments, pension and mutual funds. Prior to
joining Leon Frazer & Associates in 2006, Doug spent 12 years
at RBC Asset Management, where he was Chief Investment Officer for
the domestic and global private client business for 5 years and
subsequently became Senior Vice President, Canadian Equities.
Currently at Leon Frazer, Doug is the Chief Investment Officer,
a member of the Investment Committee and co-manager of the IA
Clarington Canadian Conservative Equity Fund.
