Toronto, Ontario, July 4, 2008 - IA Clarington
Investments Inc. ("IA Clarington" or the "Company") today announced
updates to its cash distribution fund policies and series
designations to reflect new or existing target distribution rates
on a select group of funds.
"IA Clarington has consistently recognized clients' growing need
for different distribution options with our diverse range of cash

Product and Business Development at IA Clarington. "These updates
are a further commitment to ensure our products have added clarity
in fund offerings and distribution rates, allowing clients to make
informed decisions based on their specific investment needs," added
Frape.
Series T securities of the IA Clarington Funds aim to provide a
target distribution rate per annum paid monthly, based on the
series net asset value per security at the end of each calendar
year. Each Series T security will be reviewed annually to adjust
its annual payout within a target range.
