Clarington) today announced that two of its funds won top honours
at the 2007 Canadian Investment Awards, presented at a gala event
in Toronto last night.
The IA Clarington Canadian Small Cap
Fund, managed by QV Investors Inc., was the co-winner in the
Canadian Small / Mid Cap Equity category, the other being the
Ethical Special Equity Fund, also managed by QV Investors. This
represents the third consecutive year the IA Clarington Canadian
Small Cap Fund has won this award.
In addition, the IA Clarington Global Small
Cap Fund, managed by Evergreen Investment Management Company,
LLC, was named the top fund in the Global Small / Mid Cap Equity
Fund category.
