managed by IA Clarington Investments Inc. (IA Clarington). The IA

Guaranteed Investment Funds (GIFs), closed-end funds and principal
protected notes are available through registered dealers and/or
insurance agents across Canada.
Redesignation of Fund Series
- Series A-H, A-L and F-L units of IA Clarington Canadian Income
Fund II were redesignated as Series A, T, F and FT units of the
Fund, respectively, on July 9, 2007.
- Series A and F units of IA Clarington Diversified Income Fund
were redesignated as Series T and FT units of the Fund,
respectively, on July 9, 2007.
- Series B and F units of IA Clarington Dividend Income Fund were
redesignated as Series T and FT units of the Fund, respectively, on
July 9, 2007.
- Series A and F units of IA Clarington Income Trust Fund were
redesignated as Series T and FT units of the Fund, respectively, on
July 9, 2007.
- Series A and F units of IA Clarington Global Dividend Fund were
redesignated as Series T and FT units of the Fund, respectively, on
July 9, 2007.
- Series A and F units of IA Clarington U.S. Dividend Fund were
redesignated as Series T and FT units of the Fund, respectively, on
July 9, 2007.
- Series A units of Distinction Monthly Income Portfolio were
redesignated as Series T units of the Fund, effective July 9,
2007.
- Series T units of IA Clarington Global Dividend Fund were
redesignated as Series T6 units of the Fund, effective November 15,
2007.
- Series FT and T units of IA Clarington Canadian Dividend Fund
were redesignated as Series F6 and T6 units of the Fund,
respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series A and F units of IA Clarington Canadian Income
Fund were redesignated as Series T8 and F8 units of the Fund,
respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series A, F, T and FT units of IA Clarington Canadian Income
Fund II were redesignated as Series T8, F8, T6 and F6 units of the
Fund, respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series FT and T units of IA Clarington Diversified Income Fund
were redesignated as Series F6 and T6 units of the Fund,
respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series A and F units of IA Clarington Dividend Growth Fund were
redesignated as Series T6 and F6 units of the Fund, respectively,
effective July 4, 2008.
- Series A, T and FT units of IA Clarington Dividend Income Fund
were redesignated as Series T4, T6, F6 units of the Fund,
respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series T and FT units of IA Clarington Tactical Income Fund
were redesignated as Series T8 and F8 units of the Fund,
respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series A and T units of IA Clarington Monthly Income Balanced
Fund were redesignated as Series T8 and T6 units of the
Fund, respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series FT units of IA Clarington Global Dividend Fund were
redesignated as Series F6 units of the Fund effective July 4,
2008.
- Series A, F, T and FT units of IA Clarington Global Income Fund
were redesignated as Series T8, F8, T6 and F6 units of the Fund,
respectively, effective July 4, 2008.
- Series T and FT units of IA Clarington U.S. Dividend Fund were
redesignated as Series T6 and F6 units of the Fund, respectively,
effective July 4, 2008.
- Series T units of Distinction Monthly Income Portfolio were
redesignated as Series T6 units of the Fund effective July 4,
2008.
IA Clarington Funds
Commissions, trailing commissions, management fees and expenses
all may be associated with mutual fund investments. Please read the
prospectus before investing. Any indicated rates of return are the
historical annual compounded total returns including changes in
security value and reinvestment of all distributions/dividends and
do not take into account sales, redemption, distribution or
optional charges or income taxes payable by any securityholder that
would have reduced returns. For funds that pay a fixed regular
distribution, the payment of distributions and distribution
breakdown is not guaranteed and may fluctuate. The payment of
distributions should not be confused with a fund's performance,
rate of return, or yield. If distributions paid by the fund are
greater than the performance of the fund, then your original
investment will shrink. Distributions paid as a result of capital
gains realized by a fund and income and dividends earned by a fund
are taxable in your hands in the year they are paid. Your adjusted
cost base will be reduced by the amount of any returns of capital.
If your adjusted cost base goes below zero, then you will have to
pay capital gains tax on the amount below zero. Mutual funds are
not covered by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation or by any
other government deposit insurer. For the Money Market Fund, there
can be no assurances that the fund will be able to maintain its net
asset value per security at a constant amount or that the full
amount of your investment in the fund will be returned to you.
Mutual funds are not guaranteed, their values change frequently and

IA Clarington Target Click Funds
Each of the IA Clarington Target Click Funds (the "Funds") holds
fixed income securities issued by the Canadian federal or
provincial governments to support payment on the Fund's maturity
date of the highest-month end net asset value per unit achieved
during the life of the Fund. In normal circumstances, it is
expected that this fixed-income component would generally ensure
payment of the guaranteed value.
In addition to the fixed income component, Fortis Bank S.A. /
N.V. ("Fortis Bank"), the ultimate parent of the portfolio advisor
to the Funds, has provided a guarantee to each of the Funds that it
will pay any shortfall to the Funds if the net asset value of each
fund is less than the guaranteed value of that fund at its
maturity. Any payment under this guarantee is subject to the
creditworthiness of Fortis Bank.
Each Fund's maturity date will occur on June 30 of the year
specified in the Fund's name. The guaranteed amount is payable to
the investors who hold units of the Fund on that maturity date. In
some circumstances, the maturity date for a Fund may be
accelerated, in which case the Fund will pay the greater of the net
asset value on that accelerated maturity date and the net present
value of the guaranteed amount, less any applicable redemption
charges.
